Full Members
Schools holding Erasmus+ Accreditation, forming the core decision-making body of the Alliance. Full Members bypass all intermediaries, directly managing their mobility lifecycle with full executive authority and strategic voting rights.
- Mobility Leadership: Complete authority to plan, host, and send student or staff mobilities directly through the platform.
- Governance & Voting: Full voting rights in alliance governance and eligibility for the Strategic Board of Directors.
- International Hosting: Exclusive rights to host official ERA Alliance international competitions, summits, and VET events.
- National Representation: Eligibility to serve as the official Country Representative and lead the regional network.
Membership Fees:
- School Education: 250 Euro/ Yearly
- Vocational Education: 500 Euro/ Yearly
- Adult Education: 250 Euro/ Yearly
- Youth: 250 Euro/ Yearly
Associate Members
Designed for organizations leading educational consortia and managing large-scale student flows. Associate Members act as strategic sending partners and event organizers, coordinating mobilities while enhancing the Alliance's international presence through official events.
- Outbound Mobility Only: Exclusive authority to manage and send student/staff groups from consortium member schools to verified hosts.
- Official Event Hosting: Authorized to organize and host official ERA Alliance summits, workshops, and regional training events.
- No Student Hosting: Strictly prohibited from acting as a receiving/hosting partner for student work placements or internships.
- Consortium Coordination: Advanced administrative tools to synchronize mobilities across multiple sub-institutions.
Membership Fees:
- School Education: 500 Euro/ Yearly
- Vocational Education: 1000 Euro/ Yearly
- Adult Education: 500 Euro/ Yearly
- Youth: 500 Euro/ Yearly
Strategic Members
Enterprises and organizations providing high-quality work placements for Erasmus+ students. Strategic Partners focus on practical training and industry experience, offering students a professional environment to apply their vocational skills under ERA Alliance quality standards.
- Inbound Internship Hosting: Authority to accept and host students for work placements, internships, and job-shadowing activities.
- Company Profile Showcase: Ability to list specific training facilities, departments, and available internship positions to the entire network.
- Direct Matching with Schools: Priority matching with Full Members and Associate Members to fill internship vacancies with qualified students.
- Quality Certification: Receipt of an "ERA Quality Host" certificate after successful completion of student mobilities.
